“Zimmer sind sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Parkplatz auch vorhanden. Der ist aber um die Ecke. Nicht weit, vielleicht 500m.”
“Hotel in zona pedonale. Servizio ritiro chiavi della stanza molto bene organizzato, metti il codice e prendi la chiave dalla cassetta. Avevamo la Stanza in mansarda. Stanza pulita e calda, ripristino degli asciugamani giornaliero. Possibilità di the e caffè in stanza con il bollitore. TV presente. Bagno con vasca/doccia e water. Complessivamente un ottimo servizio Unico neo: essendo in zona pedonale non c'è possibilità di parcheggio vicino, tuttavia a pochi metri c'è un parcheggio a più piani. L'hotel è proprio nella piazzetta pedonale attorniato da ristoranti e burgherie.”
“Zwei Nächte im sauberen Zimmer im Herzen von Sindelfingen zum konkurrenzlosen Preis. Wir sind zu viert - zwei Zimmer - angereist. Erste Nacht ist rum, ohne Beanstandung. Ich verstehe, wovon in manch nicht so guter Rezension die Rede ist. Jedoch: Für den Kompromiss (1) mittendrin, (2) sauber und (3) verhältnismäßig (!) günstig erhält man, was man zahlt. Dass die Zimmer (1) keinen 4 Sterne-Standard entsprechen, (2) man merkt, dass die Matratzen vielleicht als lediglich OK empfunden werden (ich fand’s gemütlich), (3) man im Zentrum am Nachtleben teilnimmt, ob man will oder nicht und (4) die Wände nicht modern schallisoliert sind… wen das verwundert, die/der sollte nicht so böswillig bewerten. Dann lieber 30-40 Euro mehr die Nacht ausgeben und irgendwo an den Rand des Ortes und 10-15 Minuten Fussweg in Kauf nehmen! Wir wollen für einen Geburtstag heute Abend gut und günstig mittendrin übernachten. Ein Bad, in dem alles perfekt funktioniert und die Duschkabine endlich mal perfekt dicht hielt, ein sauberes WC. Mehr braucht es nicht, wenn es sauber ist. Ich bewerte hier eher manch anderen Rezensenten als fragwürdig. Möchte man ein allumfängliches Wohngefühl, weil man viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt: Ggf. falsches Hotel. Eine faire günstige Unterkunft zum Übernachten und Relaxen von Ausflügen: Hotel Vesa.”
